Bay Breeze - Up front and center, is a direct line to the bay beach...about 75 paces. It accommodates six people in its three bedrooms: a double, four twins. Hardwood floors throughout, the living room has a couch, love seat and recliner, a Berber carpet as well as cable TV and a brick fireplace. A new heater has been installed for cold weather. The kitchen is fully furnished with a full-sized refrigerator, full-sized gas stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There is a full bath between the double and one of the twin bedrooms. The lawn is nostalgic beach grass and Cape Cod roses draped over the split rail fence. It has a detached deck shaded by locust trees, a charcoal grill, clothesline and deck furniture. Although it does not have a private outdoor shower there is an excellent enclosed outdoor shower attached to the coin-operated laundromat.
