** Houses sleep six comfortably. Rates are based on 6 person occupancy. Some houses accommodate more than 6 persons, however, for more than 6 persons there is an additional $30 per night or $100 each per person per week.

WARNING: Failure to register and pay for extra persons constitutes fraud, which may result in ALL occupants being asked to leave.

Cottages #8 The Bayberry Beach House, #9 Pilgrim's Pride and #10 The Cape Cod Rose, The Welcome House and The Horton/Yelle House are all available year-round. Weekends, Partial Week or Full Week is available during the Low and Mid Season only. Please call or email for availability and daily rates during the low and mid season.

Reservations:

1/2 deposit at time of booking; balance due on arrival. Credit cards not accepted. Cash, travelers checks or personal checks accepted **payable in US funds and to the address above.


Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Must receive written notice a full 4 weeks in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless property can be re-rented for the exact dates cancelled and at the same rate. There is a $50 cancellation fee on any cancellation. No refunds for early departure.
