The Sunset - "The Yellow Cottage" is close to the beach, (about 100 walking paces) has two decks with outdoor furniture, charcoal grill, clothesline and is tucked away from the main road. The modern kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, a full-sized gas stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. Hardwood floors throughout, the living room has a fireplace, couch, two chairs and cable TV. A new heater has been installed for cool weather.

The dining table is placed in front of the picture window. This cottage accommodates six people comfortably with four twins and a queen. The full sized bath is between the queen and one of the twin rooms. Although this cottage does not have a private outdoor shower, there is an excellent enclosed outdoor shower attached to the laundromat.
