The second floor has a twin bedroom, a queen bedroom, bathroom with shower and a private sitting-TV room which leads to a back ground level deck. The Main level has a sit-in kitchen, fully furnished including a dishwasher, then a separate dining area which opens to the living room-with fireplace. The master suite with the second queen bed has a window A/C unit. walk-in closet and cable TV. There is a laundry room off the master suite. The bathroom has a handicap accessible shower. The third floor is being converted to a bunk/playroom. It is approx 200 walking steps to private bayside beach. There is a one-car garage, outdoor shower. The deck off the kitchen has deck furniture and charcoal grille. Sleeps 6-8
